For only $99 a year homeowners can now list their rental properties in areas that limit or ban STVRS. While these rentals are still considered “short-term rentals” they bypass the rules and guidelines that restrict normal STVRS.  The majority of states, counties, and cities legally describe STVRS as rentals which are rented for 30 days or fewer.  Renting your home for 31 or more days removes it from that “class” of code and ordinance restrictions.  Simply set your rental length one day more than you local laws restrict. It’s vital that owners review local laws to ensure they comply.

Requirements

Homeowners must submit state ID (driver’s license), utility bill, and copy of deed matching the state ID.  Once this is done and reviewed you can submit photos and information.
